What Happens After You Make Your Purchase?
Once you make your purchase, we factory-configure White Knight according to your specifications, to suit your specific needs and preferences.
Normally installation of White Knight requires some interaction with Customer Support. We provide free 30-day customized installation support via e-mail and/or phone.
Since we ship via priority mail, you should expect to be up and running in final configuration within a week of your purchase.
After 30 days, we will continue to provide prompt (usually same day) customer support for $100 per incident. This should only be required if you move or radically change your computer or networking setup.
