What Does the Computer/Network User Experience When White Knight is Installed?

Users experience no difference in their Internet browsing, except for the fact that they can only view whitelisted sites.

If the site being requested by the user's browser isn't on the whitelist, White Knight sends a message to the user's screen saying that access is denied, and supplying the user with an e-mail address link to the gatekeeper which they can use should they wish to request that the site be put on the whitelist.
